Why Blockchain Infrastructure Needs Strong Engineering Leadership

Blockchain adoption has expanded far beyond cryptocurrency trading. Financial services, payment platforms and enterprise applications increasingly depend on distributed systems that must remain stable, secure and available around the clock. As a result, engineering has become one of the defining factors behind successful blockchain projects.

According to CEO Today Magazine, Coinspaid Dev has introduced itself as an independent blockchain engineering brand after spending more than a decade building the infrastructure behind Coinspaid Solutions. The launch reflects the growing importance of dedicated engineering organizations capable of supporting blockchain systems operating across multiple networks.

Although public conversations often focus on digital assets, protocols or market trends, every blockchain application relies on a complex technical foundation. Infrastructure teams develop backend services, maintain cloud environments, integrate blockchain networks, strengthen cybersecurity and monitor system performance. Their work determines whether applications remain reliable under continuous production loads and whether businesses are able to deliver uninterrupted services to customers.

Coinspaid Dev brings together more than 120 engineers working across software engineering, infrastructure, research and development, cybersecurity and distributed systems. The team’s experience covers more than 20 blockchain networks, providing practical knowledge gained through years of maintaining production environments instead of experimental projects.

Engineering blockchain infrastructure differs from building traditional software. Applications often communicate with several blockchain networks simultaneously, process large numbers of transactions and respond to changing network conditions in real time. Every component must continue operating even when traffic increases or individual services encounter unexpected failures. Achieving this level of resilience requires careful system architecture, automated monitoring, security planning and continuous optimization.

These operational realities inspired Coinspaid Dev to establish its own identity. Rather than remaining behind the scenes, the organization intends to participate more actively in industry discussions about blockchain infrastructure, engineering standards and long-term system design. The company believes practical experience from operating live environments offers valuable insights for developers, protocol designers and infrastructure providers across the blockchain ecosystem.

Executive Leader Alexey Tulia describes the initiative as an opportunity to give visibility to engineering work that has been evolving for many years. Instead of presenting blockchain solely through the lens of financial products or token economies, Coinspaid Dev seeks to focus attention on the technical decisions that influence scalability, reliability and operational efficiency.

This approach recently became visible during Berlin Blockchain Week 2026. Speaking at Futura Camp, Alexey Tulia delivered a presentation titled “Dear Ethereum: An Infrastructure Builder’s Wishlist After Years of Multi-Chain Experience.” The session examined practical challenges encountered by infrastructure teams responsible for supporting multiple blockchain ecosystems. Topics included operational bottlenecks, engineering trade-offs and opportunities for closer collaboration between protocol developers and organizations responsible for running blockchain infrastructure in production.

The presentation reflected a broader industry trend. Blockchain technology has matured to the point where engineering knowledge accumulated through real-world operations plays an increasingly important role. As networks expand and enterprise adoption grows, infrastructure specialists contribute perspectives that differ from those of protocol designers or application developers. Their experience comes from maintaining availability, responding to incidents, improving performance and ensuring systems continue functioning under demanding conditions.

Coinspaid Dev’s technical background extends across distributed systems, cloud architecture, backend engineering, blockchain integrations, cybersecurity, reliability engineering and service-oriented software design. Together, these disciplines create the foundation required for modern blockchain platforms serving businesses and financial organizations.

Alexey Tulia also brings extensive leadership experience to the organization. Over more than fifteen years in technology and fintech, he has managed engineering transformations, established architecture governance processes, launched research and development initiatives and supervised large engineering teams. Before joining Coinspaid, he held leadership roles at Capital.com, EPAM Systems, Helmes and Banuba, helping organizations modernize software architecture and improve engineering processes.

The creation of Coinspaid Dev marks more than a branding update. It represents the emergence of a dedicated engineering organization built on years of production experience. While the company now operates under its own identity, the expertise supporting the new brand has been developed through more than a decade of designing, maintaining and improving blockchain infrastructure. By contributing engineering knowledge alongside technical execution, Coinspaid Dev aims to strengthen conversations about how blockchain systems are designed, operated and scaled for the future.
